Mix Martial Arts - MMA

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport, known also as cage fighting or ultimate fighting. The main features of MMA are its exciting combination of striking and grappling techniques from standing or seated or ground positions, allowing a range of sports persons with fighting training to compete.[1]

While the sheer physicality and potential for getting hurt involved in MMA workouts are not to everyone's liking, done well they can be an excellent workout, a lot of fun, and if you're really good, it might even be a career. If you're interested and keen on giving it a try, at the very least you'll find out whether it's for you or not, and at the most, it's likely you'll enjoy the experience.

Cross Training:

In other words, by doing more with your body, your athletic and fitness levels have no choice but to grow.

Cross-training workouts aren’t tailored to a single goal, such as gaining strength or getting faster, but cater to these needs simultaneously. With cross-training, it’s possible to gain muscle, lose fat, increase cardio-aerobic capacity and quicken your feet all in a single workout.

Prince Amir was born in 1967, he started Martial Arts in 1975 with Karate and Kong Fu. In 1986 he turned into Boxing and Kick Boxing in Turkey and in

1992 . Prince Amir fought Boxing and Kick Boxing for Sweden and he won his Swedish Title. He lived and trained in Thailand since 1992 and fought all

round the world. He achieved 3 world title in Kick and Thai Boxing Middle Weight and Welter Weight. He has 190 fights under his belt and today he is here

in Dubai and working under (The Champion Club) as master instructor and hoping to bring high quality Martial Arts fighters in U.A.E.

Training is fun

 

Set yourself clear goals, train regularly, work out when you're at your strongest and above all keep it enjoyable.

Even if you have a busy schedule, it can be easy to fit training around your lifestyle if you really plan your sessions.

Fun is not so much something you say or do as an atmosphere you create. When this atmosphere of fun is established, the humour is then generated by others in the room - and this results in a training session that is more engaging, participative and enjoyable. And the fastest way to create this atmosphere is to show them that, while you take your training role very seriously, you don’t take yourself seriously.

So, next time your planning a training session remember…make it fun or they’ll forget it!
